I’m Katie, and I help professionals, creatives, and leaders trade chronic stress for calm clarity. I look at Reiki not just as a spiritual practice, but as a practical tool for mental maintenance. Think of it as a “system update” for your nervous system.

My Approach:

I balance intuitive insight with a structured, grounded framework. While I honor the spiritual roots of Reiki, my sessions are grounded in real-world results. I focus on lowering the background noise of stress so you can make better decisions, sleep deeper, and actually enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build.

Off the Clock:

When I’m not helping clients recalibrate, I’m usually tending to my indoor garden or soaking up quality time with my family. I believe that a well-tended life starts with a well-tended mind.
